Foodland's Give Aloha Program 2026

This year, we are thankful to be a part of Foodland’s annual Give Aloha Program, created in honor of founder Maurice J. “Sully” Sullivan’s long legacy of giving back to Hawai`i’s community.

During the month of September, we invite you to support our organization when shopping at Foodland. At checkout, you may make a donation to CDH and other participating local non-profits. Foodland will match a portion of each gift made by enrolled Maika’i members to participating non-profits. See details below.

Donations to CDH help our dog and handler teams continue our mission to protect Hawai`i’s fragile ecosystem, including through field surveys for various targets, from invasive species to endangered birds.

Over the next few weeks, our Instagram and Facebook feeds will share more information on the different programs we have, as well as showcase some of our amazing dog and handler teams that work so hard to protect our island home.

• Inform the cashier that you’d like to donate to CDH #79303 any amount up to $249 per checkout. Foodland will match a portion of each gift made by enrolled Maika’i members to participating non-profits. Save the receipt because your donation is tax-deductible.

• Donate 250 Maika’i points to equal a $5 donation.

• Round up your purchase to the nearest dollar.

• Donate your change.
